1. THE BASICS
By using this website or placing an order with Sombra Pets, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. You must be at least 18, or use the store under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. PRODUCTS & ACCURACY
We work to keep product descriptions, photos, and prices accurate. If we discover a material error in a listing or price after you order, we will contact you with the option to confirm at the correct terms or cancel for a full refund. Colors may vary slightly from photos.

3. IMPORTANT: COMFORT PRODUCTS, NOT VETERINARY CARE
Our products are comfort and enrichment aids. They are not medical or veterinary devices, and nothing on this site is veterinary advice. Heat can be dangerous for dogs — if your dog shows signs of heat distress (heavy panting, drooling, lethargy, vomiting), contact a veterinarian immediately. Always supervise your pet when introducing a new product, especially strong chewers.

4. ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship. We may refuse or cancel orders (for example, suspected fraud, stock or pricing errors) — if we cancel, you receive a full refund promptly.

5. SHIPPING & RETURNS
Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE
No unlawful use of the site, no attempts to interfere with its operation, no scraping or misuse of content. Site content (text, images, branding) belongs to Sombra Pets or its licensors and may not be reused commercially without permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the state from which Sombra Pets operates.
