30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
If you or your dog are not happy with a Sombra Pets product, you have 30 days from the day it is delivered to request a refund or replacement. No long forms, no restocking fees.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email sombrapetsshop@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong (photos help if something arrived damaged or defective). We respond within 1 business day with the next steps.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR WRONG ITEM
That is on us. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and in most cases you will not need to ship anything back.
CHANGE OF MIND
Items should be returned unused and in reasonable condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons, used lick mats cannot be restocked — but contact us anyway and we will find a fair solution.
SIZING EXCHANGES
Wrong size on a vest or cot? Email us and we will arrange an exchange for the right size.
REFUND TIMING
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If a refund seems delayed, check with your bank first, then email us and we will trace it.
