Shipping policy

FREE US SHIPPING, ON EVERYTHING
Every Sombra Pets order ships free within the United States — no minimums, no codes.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email the moment it ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard US delivery typically arrives 5–10 business days after dispatch. Tracking updates are available from the link in your shipping email. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we will chase it down.

SHIPPING AREA
We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on adding more regions.

WRONG ADDRESS?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering at sombrapetsshop@gmail.com with your order number and the corrected address. Once an order has shipped we cannot reroute it, but we will help you sort it out.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email us with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
